Thermofoil cabinet doors look and feel very similar to finished cabinet doors. The top is closed and then air is expelled from the chamber. The unique sealed vacuum chamber allows wrapping constructed doors without compromising the fine details.

The result is a cabinet. Thermofoil cabinets are made with a large vacuum press. They won t twist crack or peel and finishing is not needed which saves time and money. Additionally thermofoil doors are backed by a 5 year limited warranty.

Thermofoil often called rigid thermal foil or rtf is comprised of a durable vinyl. We offer doors with a high standard in rigid thermofoil wrapping. Deco form doors are also dent resistant and easy to clean with a simple soap and water solution. Rigid thermofoil doors are composed of an mdf core with a thermo wrapped vinyl covering.

These doors are easy to clean durable and will keep their color long after painted wood doors have started to fade. A flexible layer of solid color 100 percent vinyl is laid on top of that. Cabinet door and drawer bases are laid in the press. Thermofoil cabinets are made using a flexible vinyl material that is applied by heating the vinyl and molding it over medium density fiberboard mdf or engineered wood.
